BOOKINGS

It is advisable to book as early as possible. Bookings can be made by telephone, letter or by using the on-line form on the left.

Reduced rates apply to long term boarding of more than 4 weeks 

TERMS

1. Owner specifically represents that he or she is the owner of the pet, or has been authorised by the Owner of the pet to enter into this Contract as the Owner’s agent.
2. Owner understands that there is a full-day boarding fee charged on day of arrival and on day of departure regardless of check in time or departure time.
3. Owner represents that pet is healthy and has not been exposed to any known communicable disease within the thirty-day period immediately prior to boarding. Owner asserts that all known medical and behavioural history of pet has been disclosed to the cattery before boarding and that their Pet is up to date with their annual vaccinations providing cover against Feline infectious enteritis and upper respiratory infections (Cat Flu). Owners will be asked to produce an up to date vaccination certificate each time their animal stays with us.
4. No pet suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from, any infections or contagious disease can be accepted. Each pet will be examined on arrival, and we reserve the right to refuse admission to any pet showing signs of ill-health, pending advice from the Veterinary Surgeon. It must be appreciated that this is essential in order to safeguard the health of all pets boarded.
5. A Veterinary Surgeon will be contacted if we have any concerns regarding your pet’s health while it is in our care and the owner agrees to pay for any treatment that the Veterinary surgeon considers advisable. The services of your own Veterinary Surgeon will be used, if at all possible. Any treatment prescribed by a Veterinary Surgeon can be continued during your pet’s stay (A consent form will be signed on check in).
6. Owner understands that if a booking is cancelled by the Owner a cancellation fee of up to 50% may be charged (please see ‘Cancellation Policy’)
7. Owner will need to provide the cattery with more than two weeks’ notice for any amendments to their booking (from the booked arrival date); Any changes to the booking with less than two weeks’ notice, the owner will be charged a 50% daily fee for any un-used days.
8. For long term boarding, we ask for the owner to pay monthly payments.
9. Only animals from the same household may share
10. We offer an ‘all-inclusive stay’ with all normal diets being catered for. Veterinary, subscription or specialist food(s) will need to be supplied by the owner for the whole duration of the booking.
11. The Owner acknowledges that the drop off and collection’s of their animal may only be within the Cattery’s opening times and entry to the cattery will not be allowed outside of these hours.
12. Acceptance of this contract will be deemed by either signing the ‘Booking Confirmation’ form or by boarding the animal(s) whether or not the ‘Booking Confirmation’ has been signed or not.

CANCELLATIONS

We operate a strict cancellation policy whereby:

• If your booking is cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice, the 30% deposit will be forfeit and an additional 20% fee will be invoiced to the owner separately. Therefore, the owner will pay in total a 50% fee of the booking that was made.
• If your booking is cancelled with more than 14 days’ notice, the 30% deposit will be forfeit with no additional fees to pay.

TRAVELLING TO THE CATTERY

Only a few seasoned travellers take kindly to journeys.  Therefore, owners are requested to place their cat/s in suitable, secure travel baskets for the journey to/from the Cattery.  If you are unable to deliver/collect your cat/s, we offer a collection/delivery service at a charge of £1.10 per mile (plus VAT).
